Melody met Perrin one night when she was leaving the Medali restaurant/Gym. Perrin took a picture of her standing outside looking at the stars.The sight of her at first hurt since her existing told her that Adaman had moved on eventually and of course had descendants.Eventually she grew to want to be around Perrin more and more seeing as how she was just like the love she lost some time ago.Melody is a lot more shy with Perrin, she doesn't quite understand her feelings for her yet but she knows she wants to be with Perrin all the time. She doesn't want to let her go.

Melody met Adaman shortly after her and her friends were dropped into Hisue. She instantly fell for him. He, on the other hand, took a while to admit his feelings. The two pursued a relationship until one day Arceus came to her and told her it was time to go back. Mortified she instantly went to Adama who consoled her and told her it was alright."I'll always love you, but this is how it has to be.. You were never meant to stay here in this time.
